I have lost my code, how do I get it back?

In order to reactivate your product, follow these simple steps:

1. Ensure that you are connected to the Internet

Then depending on whether you have a MAC game or PC game...
2 (MAC). If you have a APPLE MAC: Go to http://store.esellerate.net/support and fill out the information to get your code back.

2 (PC). If you have a PC: Retrieve your activation/proof of purchase code. To do so, visit http://csc.trymedia.com/?ref=trymedia and input your e-mail address that was used to purchase the game. An e-mail will be sent to that address with a download link and the activation code for the game.
